  1. Looks silly. I tried it and it was not taxing at all. Did 2 minutes. Felt like it did nothing. Then a second later, my core felt so worked out, like Mike Tyson had used my abs as a punching bag, and he was angry. So cool. What muscles does this work? How does it work the core so well? What’s the name of the book you wrote about this exercise?

  2. I go all the way from straight up above my head to bent over with my infinity symbol hovering just above my feet.

  3. I did it first thing in the morning with a sore hip and back. 21 /21 reps and gone. Wow! I also feel very alert as well.

    OP SIR

  5. I’m going to give it a try and I will check back with you. Thanks for the exercise

  6. Good stuff!! I smashed my lower spine nine months ago, and I’ve been sick over and over for different reasons since, all these traumas really triggered my auto-immune disease. BUT you know what, these movements should really stimulate and heal me. Will comment again in the future after rehab. Thank you for sharing, good sir!😁

  7. I just found out this guy is somewhere in his mid-40s! I’m on board, thanks for everything, Tim. 🙂

  8. Where is the breathing come in?

  9. Hi Tim, any tips/advice you wish you would have known or received as you entered your thirties? (Or are the answers in this video?!) I don’t know you personally, but I feel you as a mentor of sorts.

  10. THANK YOU FROM FLORIDA. IM 76, DO ALL YOUR ROCKING EXCERCISES, AND NOW THIS. KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK OF MAKING US HEALTHIER.

    Great

  18. Wow… that feels amazing .. I love it!! Just a question like you said a bit dizzinis but is that a bad thing ?

  19. @parnamukherjee2334 October 31, 2024 at 4:12 pm

Today this came in my FB feed and I decided to do it every TuThSa; I’ll benefit from it more as keeping balance is not trivial for me while doing it. I have a rare neuro degenerative condition where core strength or tiring the X is super important. Today I did it for 3 mins. Love the OS gentle but super effective stuff.

  20. This is similar to the stuff found in nueroflux.
    Thanks Tim

  21. Many thanks. You videos are always interesting! Just practiced the movements and I’ll start 21 days tomorrow, 1st May.

  22. Tim you are a creative genius. The movements you share with us are unique, easy and fun. Plus they actually do work. I feel better after practicing any of the movements in your videos. Today is day 1 of the 21-day infinity challenge. I love it already. Thank you so much.

  23. @enriquecerradamartos2893 October 31, 2024 at 4:18 pm

That felt trippy, looked ridiculous, but feels weird and nice

  24. This movement is great for us old folks. Can you put together a video or playlist for seniors?

  25. Amazing content! Thank you

  26. Tim, IDC ( I Don’t Care) how stupid it looks ,If it’ll restore my youth till infinity.

  27. @jamesa.valencia362 October 31, 2024 at 4:22 pm

Dang, this is so good Tim. I love all your videos and am grateful for your service to humanity. I’m constantly sharing your vids with .y clients for corrective home exercises. Much love and light brother.

  28. I am 70 and have been doing your bodyweight exercises and I must admit it is slow going but I really am feeling more positive about everything. Thanks Tim!

  29. @hrishikeshjoshi6911 October 31, 2024 at 4:23 pm

    IT IS REALLY USEFUL

  30. @movementlearning1 October 31, 2024 at 4:26 pm

When you keep your hands in this position, you stop the movement in the upper thoracic spine. Is this your intention?

  31. David Jack mentioned you on one of his recent Silver Sneakers videos…and I have been binge watching your channels ever since! Such great content. You are a great communicator and an inspiration to me. Your humor is 👌🏼as well!😂 Thank you!!

  32. I love it ! Thanks.

  33. I was able to do 21 infinity tracing each way and I’m feeling heat in my upper back, my core and in my buttocks. I’m 60 male a little bit overweight.

  34. @davidtownsend1792 October 31, 2024 at 4:35 pm

This is amazing, this and your thunderkats stretch, really make me feel good,

  35. Got here through Dan John. Watched a few of your videos. Really loving your stuff man 👌

  36. @michaeldubery3593 October 31, 2024 at 4:36 pm

Tim this video is great! I came up with a similar ‘reset’ before and I used to do it after getting up from chair every half hour or so in the office! 😀 Do you think that the Weckmethod rope drills do a similar thing? Have you ever commented on a rope as a tool before?

  37. Tim, I just love your vibe and your approach to exercise. You even managed to sneak in the sexy number, 42. I can’t wait to try this and give you that comment about the results. Thank you so much!

  38. I did it as apart of my Qi Gong Flow. 30 Days and the results are amazing. Thanks alot.

  39. What a gem of an exercise. Very elegant and easy to do, but with loads of benefit. Thank you Tim!

  40. Thanks! I saw this move from Korean song. Is ir right? https://youtu.be/Cu9D3K-GE1o

  41. You give great info.
This would be a good parkinsons exercise. Thanks u so much. Thumbs up from me. Bless u

  42. Just tried it. Interestingly, I found I got slightly winded. More of a "workout" than I thought.

  43. Tim! I’m so bloody grateful for this, and for all you’ve gifted me/us. All your stuff has truly made my life better, and i (truly) don’t know how to thank you brother. Regardless: thank you. best, jeff

  44. This movement with a faster pace is a great workout too. Thanks Tim!

  45. So I’ve been doing total body correction and this opened up SO MUCH of my scapular plane all at once it was ridiculous. Thank you for sharing this movement with me. I will definitely hold on to this one.

  46. @franckolivierassanvo4235 October 31, 2024 at 4:48 pm

    THANK YOU Tim!

  47. I will try

  48. @oldgeezerfitnessr.perales7344 October 31, 2024 at 4:49 pm

Come on Tim….the loading..crawling…carrying ..pushup stuff is amazing stuff for total body strength and health ( or as healthy as one can be)…… But the mumbo jumbo….long life stuff is stretching it ..way far!!! The human movements patterns are hinge..squat..push..pull etc….and just because we perform these patterns doesn’t guarantee long healthy life!! In my circle of family ..friends etc.. I am the only one still working out and following healthy lifestyle choices, however my uncle’s..aunt’s and my close friends never worked out…drank to excess..smoked…ate terrible food ,and almost to a man lived long fairly healthy lives…I just perform better than them due based on my constant training! My neighbors all think I’m crazy for training ( mostly outside) daily at 68 yrs of age….and as the youngest member of the group the only one that exercises..doesn’t smoke and basically doesn’t have a sedentary lifestyle! They are in their 70’s and above and don’t do yoga..or exercise of any type…I just perform better than them!! Just another example from life that one is really at the mercy of genetics…somotype and sometimes ..just plain dumb luck!!! Infinity signs?????

  49. This is going to be part of my OT sessions this week FOR SURE!
